1. Overview
This website is operated by Bluntly B, doing business as Bluntly B. By visiting bluntlyb.com, browsing, or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. 

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Our Products
Pre-owned and vintage items. Bluntly B sells pre-owned and vintage luxury handbags and accessories. Unless a listing says otherwise, items are not new and show signs of prior use. Normal wear such as light scratches, hardware wear, scuffs, creasing, patina, and odors may be present on items.
Descriptions and photos. We work hard to describe each item accurately, including noting visible imperfections and including multiple photos. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and device. Measurements are approximate. Please review all photos and the full description, including the "Note of imperfections," before buying. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item.

One-of-a-kind inventory. Most items are one of a kind. An item is available only until it is purchased, and we cannot guarantee that an item shown on the site is still in stock until your order is confirmed.

4. Authenticity
Every handbag sold by Bluntly B LLC is reviewed by a third-party authentication service, LegitGrails or Rebag, and ships with a certificate of authenticity unless the listing states otherwise.

5. Brand Disclaimer
Bluntly B is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brands whose products we sell. All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice. We make every effort to price items correctly, but if an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order, even if payment has been processed, and will refund you in full or contact you to confirm the correct price.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping, to your chosen payment method. If you use an installment or "buy now, pay later" service, that provider's terms apply and their fees and schedule are between you and that provider.
We may require additional verification for high-value orders, and we may decline or cancel any order that we believe, in our sole judgment, may be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We accept your order when we ship the item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify your information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

8. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping address will not be fulfilled and will be canceled and refunded. 
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature on delivery. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date so that we can help.

9. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. Because of the unique, pre-owned nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives materially different from its description.

10. Consignment
If you submit an item for consignment through our Consign page, your submission is subject to a separate consignment agreement that will be provided to you. Submitting an item through the website does not create a consignment relationship until we have accepted the item in writing.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design, is owned by or licensed to Bluntly B and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, or use our content, including our product photographs and descriptions, for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) interfere with or disrupt the site or its security; (d) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site without our permission; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site; or (f) use the site to buy items for resale in a way that violates these Terms or the law.

13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our site is built on Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, authentication, analytics, and email. We may also link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or sites, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the site and all items are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluntly B and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or purchase of any item. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the item at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluntly B and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

17. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to that jurisdiction. 

19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this site, with its "Last updated" date, is the one in effect. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in effect.
